The second Ossetian newspaper «Ног цард» (the New Life) was published in Tiflis by the Ossetian Publishing Society from March 8 to December 23, 1907. The first editor was Petr Gulich Tedeyev. The first issue of the newspaper came out on March 8, 1907, and from No. 18 (May 18) until the end of the newspaper’s existence (December 23), the editor was Tadioz Tedeev, a railway worker at the Tiflis depot. This was done for conspiracy purposes. In fact, the editorial work was carried out by the entire editorial board consisting of: P.G. Tedeev, B.P. Kochiev, N.Z.
